You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sifucuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point we deem appropriate for compliance purposes, we may require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back) and a recent selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or fund holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is the equivalent of RM100 in BTC or USDT at the prevailing market rate at time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual offer page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors or inaccuracies.
sifucuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required period; identification of a conflict of interest; or where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority instruction.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
